The Tides Landing, Pawtucket, Rhode Island
Member of the investment banking team that created a public-private partnership to build a professional soccer stadium and adjoining properties which required the support of Rhode Island’s largest tax incremental financing.
Lafayette Parking Garage, Boston Massachusetts
Initially served as lead investment banker to fund the garage owned by the city of Boston which was bankruptcy. After a public private partnership was created with a new private parking management company acted as investment banker to the refunding of the original debt and new money used for garage improvements.
Springfield Massachusetts Water and Sewer Commission
Advised the city of springfield in the creation of the authority, and in the development of a public private partnership between the commission and a privately owned wastewater operator and provided funding for several of the authorities’ projects.
